   Unfortunately, we had a bad experience. 3 of the menu selections we made were unavailable, several ingredients were missing from my wife’s bowl, and the pizza seemed like a frozen crust heated up.

   We were returning here after a bad experience from a few months ago with a $50 gift card from the manager to make up for our bad experience. I wish I could say this was a better experience, but it was actually worse. Not only were they out of all pizza, meatloaf & Mac & cheese, but we were unfortunate enough to get a miserable, unfriendly, & ignorant server. After finding out they were out of pizza, which we had planned to order, we canceled our appetizer of chicken tenders because we were going to settle & get chicken sandwiches for our main course. We didn't want chicken for an appetizer & meal, so when I requested to cancel the appetizer, the server became visibly frustrated & shook her head back & forth. We requested a new server & the shift manager Rory obliged, but our meal & dining experience was already ruined, for a second time. I love the mission of this place, healthy, seed oil free, but get your act together, have what is on your menu available & hire people who have respect for your diners!

   Our server was AWESOME: friendly and fab smile! Very attentive. Food was LESS than expected. I had the chop salad with added protein: the grilled chicken was VERY, very dry (hard to cut with my knife).

   The food we ordered and got was great. It did take a long time to get our food and was disappointed that they were out of Chicken Fingers which was one of the main things we went to try.

   Great vegan selections and all very clearly labeled! Great to have desserts available that were vegan for my daughters as well.
