True Food Kitchen is a chef-driven restaurant and scratch bar that was founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, the pioneer of integrative medicine, to provide food that tastes great and is good for you. We have been here a few times and it was pretty good. Last night they were clearly understaffed, but we never had a waiter. The hostess did her best to try and help us and take our orders, but everything took for ever, and two of the meals were wrong. They did take 50% off the bill which was nice, but a very frustrating experience especially since we brought our family who was in town for the weekend.

A wonderful dinner at True Food Kitchen. Started with non-alcoholic beverages, including the OG and NA Atlantic IPA. So pleased to have these options. We shared the blackened cauliflower appetizer which wasn’t very blackened but delicious nonetheless. On to main courses-Ancient Grain bowl with salmon, AG bowl with steak, the chopped salad with chicken, kale salad with salmon and a sausage pizza. Everything was perfect - we cleaned our plates so shared the chocolate peanut butter tart and the gf chocolate chip cookie with vegan ice cream. These were both excellent. Service was outstanding. It is such a pleasure to dine at a restaurant with fresh offerings and accommodations to everyone’s dietary requirements.

The food is very good. However, the portion are small for the price. Our server was excellent.

We had a great time! The bartenders were amazing and very attentive. An extremely cool vibe and the food was top notch. We will be back!

I love the GF food options, and we are frequent diners here. Sadly the last visit was not so good. . . They had no soft drinks and no sweetener for iced tea. I hope this was a one time thing.

Hey I'm sorry if there was any miscommunication, we have never carried sodas. We do have all types of fresh juices and all types of sweeteners as well!

Met some friends for lunch on a busy afternoon. The food was terrific. I shared a seasonal pizza (butternut squash), and a simple green salad with chicken tenders. It was all very tasty. I topped it off with a Chai Caramel Cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Mmmm mmm good. The patio dining was fun and atmospheric. Our wait staff was very attentive and friendly. I will probably put this one on my short list for a fun afternoon, evening or anytime foodie fun place.

The food is too expensive for what you get, but I like that they have plenty of vegetarian options. My companion had to send their food back (the spaghetti squash) because it was cold. The kitchen staff popped it in the oven for a few minutes and it was better, but that was a rookie mistake, especially for a staple dish.
