Trummer's Restaurant recently underwent a 10 year renovation and relaunch in Historic Clifton. This is where New York City meets Historical Charm. Owners Stefan and Victoria Trummer bring their extensive New York City restaurant experience and passion to small town Clifton to offer a unique dining experience.

Trummer’s Restaurant is engulfed in history that dates back to the 1800’s and brings an edge to the historical area. Each floor has something special to offer for the eyes as well as the palate. Come see for yourself why we continue to receive rave reviews from both critics and guests alike!

Indulge in an exquisite 4-course meal fit for MI6 agents, with flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. Each course is carefully crafted to deliver a decadent experience worthy of the highest level of espionage. What a fantastic evening at Trummer's! This has been on our list for years, and we finally were able to make it, and we are so glad that we did. The service was wonderful, and the staff is professional and attentive. The food was spectacular. There is an extensive wine list, but don't overlook the "Last Chances" wine page!

Our bar and table service was great; however, although we had a reservation, we waited for our table for nearly an hour. Additionally, when we were finally seated, our party was incorrectly seated in a private party area, which made it uncomfortable for everyone. The manager did a great job rectifying the situation and making us feel comfortable when we were finally seated at our table, and we certainly appreciated his efforts. But the evening started out roughly, and that was unfortunate, more so since we’re regulars there and have come to expect outstanding service.

Great special event with Santa in the house. Lots of food, almost too much. Staff very attentive. Free parking. Love the little town of Clifton, Va. Love the trains going through.

Had a nice post-Thanksgiving lunch there, with visiting family. Everything was very good, very well done. The salad that one of us ordered had the most unusual item on it! Two red rocket-shaped things. She didn't eat them. But we all agreed there must be two male dogs out there that got what was coming to them.

The atmosphere at Trummers is classy and comfortable. This was our first time here and wow! The food was fantastic. My husband had a signature cocktail that was delicious. Our waiter was so helpful and friendly, which definitely made the experience top-notch. We'll be back!
