    TRUSS Fireside Chats | March 6th | 4 - 6 PM Join us for our monthly gathering to unwind, savor fine wines, and enjoy delicious bites in a warm, intimate setting. This month, we welcome Laura Michael Wines, a boutique Calistoga winery specializing in small-lot Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel. Established in 1999, the winery is led by Laura and Michael Swanton, who are dedicated to crafting balanced, expressive wines that showcase Napa Valley’s terroir. Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or just beginning your journey, TRUSS Fireside Chats offer an evening of discovery and connection. Our chefs craft bite-sized pairings to complement each wine. Come for the wine, stay for the conversation, and leave with a richer appreciation for the local winemaking community. $45 per guest | Includes wine and bites from the TRUSS culinary team Make a reservation or drop by and join us every first Thursday of the month.

                                                              Everything and everyone was great from Kelsey seating us, to Carlos’s cocktails, and Karlo’s wine recommendations! The food was amazing and our server Cindy was very patient with my group and we really appreciated everyone (especially the cooks) who helped make our occasion so special.

                                                              We did not think our experience was up to par for a Four Seasons restaurant. When I booked online I reviewed a lunch menu, not realizing our reservations were for a Sunday. A very limited brunch menu was all that was available.

                                                              Had a wonderful experience at Truss! Service and food were excellent and our special occasion was enhanced by our choice of venue. I was disappointed with one of the dishes and the server allowed me to select an alternate dish at no charge - absolute commitment to our happiness!! Beware that the wine list, although excellent, is light on lower priced options.
