Tujague's is the second oldest restaurant in New Orleans. This French Quarter institution has been serving traditional New Orleans cuisine to locals and visitors alike for more than 160 years.

Lore states that brunch originated here, as did the Grasshopper cocktail. Homages to the restaurant's long and colorful history abound within the interior of the building from the classic 19th century architecture to memorabilia on the walls.

Menu items such as the seared gulf fish and the daily gumbo meld French traditions with New Orleans fare and flare. Our famous five course menu is still served nightly; but have no fear, the menu is no longer pre-fixe, so those less ravenous diners can join in too.

If you want a quintessential New Orleans experience filled with history and local fare, Tujague's is your place.

Welcome to Tujague’s, founded by French immigrants in 1856, and still letting the good times roll for more than 160 years. Today it’s a slice of history in the French Quarter, filled with mirrors, chandeliers, and a collection of 6,000 mini liquor bottles. Don’t miss the spicy shrimp remoulade, boiled brisket, and grasshopper cocktail, another house original.

No Bottomless will be offered during this brunch service. Reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling 504-525-8676. We have availability between 11am-2:15pm. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation. Don’t forget to dress the part with your best witch or other Halloween costume!!

I have to say I don’t understand all the bad reviews about this place. The food was excellent ( the hanger steak and gulf fish) and the service was lovely. I’ll definitely be back!

Worst service ever!!! $1600++ for 9 people. Took over 3 hours for mediocre, flavorless, lukewarm food. Upgraded to a special wine pairing that was not only NOT SPECIAL, but came way behind our first course. I have NEVER in my life walked away from a dinner, of that expense, so disappointed. Our waitress was mid. Atmosphere was mid. I am beside myself with sheer disappointment. Still hungry because the food was so blah. Can't say enough bad things to be honest.

New Year’s Eve preset menu with limited options… only entree had more than one choice. Food tasted as if it had been prepared in advance and left sitting in warming oven . They seemed more interested in speeding everyone thru the meal so they could squeeze in as many seatings as possible than in the quality of food preparation and service. Very disappointed for price paid

We dined on New Year's Eve, so it was a pre-fixe menu. Party of 4 people. Everything we had was very good. The restaurant is very nice, cool old pics of celebrities. Service was great in the beginning, but wanted a little as they got busier.

Our food was cold, had minimal flavor and we awful service. Beautiful restaurant. Saw our server two times. When we ordered and when she walked by to help other tables. We were waited on by other staff.

We were there for NYE fixed menu. Overall nice experience but at the end of our meal the servers completely forgot about us and it took over 40 minutes for our dessert to arrive. We had empty glasses, and had to waive down the waiter multiple times. By the time dessert came it was cold and had obviously been sitting for awhile. We just paid the bill and left. Definitely ended the meal on a bad note after paying over $300, expected much better service.
