   what a great spot for easter. buffet was on point. our server was simply fantastic. great views. great music from a great DJ. and value for money for sure. bottomless champagne was just that. one of best easters ever.

   This was my first time going to Tulum and I honestly loved the place, definitely will be visiting again. The service was great, and what I had for lunch reminded me of my mothers home made cooking. I ordered the Ropa Vieja Bao Bun. Definitely I recommend that you visit Tulum.

   Everything from the service to the food and drinks were spectacular, I especially loved the skirt steak and the fun and quirky drinks on the menu- the flaming flamingo is a must!

   No hostess, had to seat myself, waited 25 minutes for a menu, glass of water or for somebody to take my order. Asked server multiple times for a menu and never got it and left.

   Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had in Brickell. We arrived and there was no hostess on scene. We waited ten minutes before I walked over to the bar to ask the bartender for assistance. He told us to sit anywhere. Of note, I made a reservation for my nieces birthday. They had no idea of the reservation. The waiter came to our table twice the entire night. We ordered the guac and chips and two set of chicken tacos because steak tacos would take an hour to prep. It TOOK AN HOUR for even the guac to come out. The tacos came maybe an hour and a half later and the taco shells were supposed to be soft... they were so difficult to bite into from how stall and hard they were. I couldn't eat them. The place is pretty.. but the music was obnoxiously loud and not good. It makes sense why the census of customers was so low. The waiter charged us 18% for the service charge where he provided absolutely no service. Avoid this place

   The buffet was limited, they didn’t even have any seafood. For $65 I would’ve expected more options. Also, everything was lukewarm and it seemed like they had the same food out there, an adequately heated, the entire time which I believe was 11 or 12 until 5 PM. The server and hostess were friendly. They didn’t have adequate umbrellas and it gets really too sunny out there so half of the outdoor seating was unusable. I wouldn’t go there again.

   When I arrived to the restaurant the women in the front desk told me that the reservation was cancel because they had a private event and tried to call me but my cel number was outside the country. At lest they should sent me a text message or a e-mail. Total disappointed!

   Yansy took care of our service tonight, she gave great recommendations as well as answered any questions we had. The view is astonishing and the menu has delightful luxury dishes. Great place.
