Staff were incredibly rude. We booked a table for 21:15. Before we even arrived to the restaurant (our first dinner of our little holiday break) we had received a message from the restaurant in a completely unprofessional manner using slang to say by the way we close at 10pm. We didn't see this message until after our awful experience here otherwise we wouldn't have bothered. When we did arrive at the restaurant early at 21:10 we were then told again in a very rude manner, just so you know we close at 10, so you're going to have to be finished by then. So this already wasn't a great start. When we sat down the 4-5 staff members they had on shift were constantly walking past our table like vultures, feeling there discontent that we were there so late. As we went to order we were told we could only order off the grill menu in the middle which obviously didn't give us very many options at all! As soon as our order was taken bread, dip and salad was just thrown down on the table with no explanation or service what's so ever. They then proceed after cooking our food bring it out completely wrong. On the menu it states all dishes come with rice&bulgar. We were served to small bowls of chips with an explanation of well we didn't think anyone else would come and threw it away, the rude waiter that had told us we had to be done by 10 said well what else do you want? And i asked well what can we have and he said i dont know what do you want, whilst the rest of our food sat there going cold. With that kind of attitude i really dont know how he stands to work in the hospitality industryNow we aren't massive chip people so we completely misses out on the complete turkish restaurant experience. The whole time we were eating all the staff were either swaying pass us like vultures the whole time or dead eying us from parts of the room. Before we had even finished eating the lights were being turned off as well as the music being turned right down. The whole evening was a shambles.
