   Booked for 8pm yesterday, valentines day. We were warned it would be a wait in and we expected it. It was full and they did not have enough staff. We waited for 85 minutes to get our food, fajitas and a chicken parm. We watched several tables around us, a couple with a 4 tops get severed 30 to 45 mins before us. We were told it's coming several times. It came and was fresh, litterly the fajitas pepper and onions barely cooked. The woman who brought it out wanted to educate us that it took longer than other because of the difficulties for prepping our meal as it takes longer. Wow. Upset we asked to speak to 1 of the 3 clueless owners (I was told) who were seemingly not helping resolve long wait tickets. Got an apology and offered us 25% off and free cookies and cupcakes like everyone else got. Our server was good but too much on their plates. 2nd time here, 1st was bad, this was worse. Stick to upper james location or one down the mountain, both are amazing.

   Ordered 2 steak dinners at $35/meal on Valentines Day and the steaks were over cooked and came out cold. We spoke to the head waitress and complained. She had to take off the dinners from the bill. Still had to pay over $35 for a beer and a glass of wine and French onion soup. We will never return back

   Pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend

   Had a chill and ordered the Beef Barley soup to start with. Should have come almost immediately. Kept waiting and then tried to track down our waitress. Then my meal came along with the soup all at once.....Waitress 1A1 course......this is a no no. Refused the soup and sent it back and just had my Big Wing Dinner. Disappointed that I didn't get warmed up. The manager treated us to free desserts (4 people) which was generous, but still doesn't make up for her error on something that should have been a standardized issue.
