                                            Disappointing. I’m an avid steakhouse diner. This was bad. The service was horrendous. As soon as we sat down, we were asked what we wanted to drink. Like as we were sitting. No pleasantries or welcome. Took forever to get my drink. The filet was super fatty (how is a filet fatty?!). The Mac n cheese was basically heavy cream with a few sprinkles of parm. The loaded baked potato and chocolate mouse cake were really good. Our server’s name started with an L. He needs to be retrained on how to provide service. Rude, curt and unkind. I had to waive him down to get another drink with my entree. He saw me and still didn’t come by until 6-7 minutes later. Never asked how anything was. I would expect more from a well-respected steakhouse.

                                            First time at Tuscany. Excellent service and the food was amazing. Best steak I’ve ever had. Could almost cut it with a fork it was so tender. Would highly recommend. The sorbet at end of meal was very refreshing.

                                            Amazing experience as always. We love visiting New York and booking Tuscany steakhouse is the first thing we do after booking our trip. Great food, friendly attentive staff and a lovely environment. Could not recommend highly enough!
