                                  Just had an amazing meal at 21 Steakhouse in Pueblo, Colorado! I went for the bison on the menu, and I was not disappointed. The Caesar salad, while a bit cold, was packed with flavor, featuring anchovy fillets, Parmesan chips, and crunchy croutons. For the main event, I had the 16oz bone-in bison ribeye cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and it was hands down the best bison steak I've ever had. Paired it with mushroom risotto, delicious! Service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly. The restaurant is simple, no frills, but the culinary experience was phenomenal.                                   I had a lovely breakfast with eggs benedict and pineapple juice. The benedict was cooked to perfection. Our waitperson was so helpful and polite.

                                  This was our seventh trip to 21 Steak. It had always been an amazing experience. The staff are kinda and professional. A 10/10 experience with 10/10 food.

                                  My only suggestion is that if you want a quieter experience on a weekend evening, make your reservation before 7:00. Pm. I think the music starts at 8:00 , which was great but to loud to carry on a conversation

                                  This is our fourth visit to Twenty-One Steak and there will be many more! This is such a gem! So happy to have this restaurant here in Pueblo. Everything was outstanding - service,quality, originality, ambiance. My filet mignon special might be the best I have ever had. Love, love, love it all!

                                  We made advanced reservations for my husband’s birthday and as always, it was wonderful dining experience… Our server was fantastic and  the fillets were cooked to perfection… I was just a little disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge my husband‘s birthday, but we dine there very often and that slight oversight was just very minor. Otherwise it was a fantastic evening.
