Twenty One Steak is Pueblo’s finest restaurant. Start with our spectacular location on the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk, coupled with our skillfully planned and prepared menu, impeccable service and casually elegant atmosphere you can be sure your dining experience will be memorable. Executive Chef Tony Molinaro has immersed himself in creating meals reflecting his vast knowledge and professional favorites. Chef Molinaro has reached out to local purveyors and partnered with vendors offering the highest quality products. Expect only the finest quality beef, fish and other culinary compositions.

For our annual Chili Fest celebration on September 26th, we will be accepting reservations from 1 PM - 5:30 PM, but please contact the restaurant directly to make your reservation. Thank you!

REMINDER: We will spend some time with our families from the 1st to the 4th of January, but we will wait for you with open arms after those days!

We made advanced reservations for my husband’s birthday and as always, it was wonderful dining experience… Our server was fantastic and the fillets were cooked to perfection… I was just a little disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge my husband‘s birthday, but we dine there very often and that slight oversight was just very minor. Otherwise it was a fantastic evening.

First time visitor with my wife as we chose them for a Saturday breakfast. Thought there was a good selection to choose from and service was good as well. We had the eggs benedict and smothered breakfast burrito that we would recommend to others. We plan on dining again in the future to try their dinner menu.

Twenty One Steak has such a good team that works there. Everyone is incredibly competent, and they appear to enjoy what they do. The food was delicious and I would recommend coming here for dinner.

Twenty One Steak does it yet again. I can’t say enough about this place. Toni the manager has hospitality dialed in. The service was friendly and amazing. The food was so delicious with interesting flavors. Menu options are really great so many great choices. Our drinks were on point and when we asked Toni to recommend a couple wines for us she brought over two bottles with glasses and explained each in detail then allowed us to taste each one. Later in the evening there was live music playing some really great covers. We had an amazing time.

We took my mother who is out of town visiting to Twenty One Steak. It did not disappoint. The most tender steak EVER! Nolan Ryan beef is the bomb and the way they prep it is so great! Mashed potatoes the BEST! Asparagus with garlic was great. Twenty One butter on the Filet Mignon is the best. We had a wonderful time and everything was amazing!
