                              As usual, the food and service were spectacular . It was very busy so Chief Ron was not visiting customers as much and it was a bit noisy. Even so, dining at Twenty Two is still one of my very favorite experiences.

                              Don’t understand how this restaurant can be rated as well as it has been in the past. The food was very bland and I can’t recommend even if the prices were more reasonable. The octopus was not grilled with any char like I’ve had at other restaurants. The 20/20 pasta with shrimp just had no flavor. Even though the service was ok the overall experience was not near worth the cost. Sorry.

                              Lovely location, very pretty ambience and good food. The dishes have a lot of flavor and a lot going on. Almost too much going on that it’s hard to enjoy each component because of overlapping flavors. Ordered rock shrimp and not crispy at all, which was disapponting. The onion dip under competed with the dorito flavor, but eaten alone on the delicious fresh bread was wonderful, I would buy that dip, just not great under the subpar shrimp. Pork belly was hidden amongst the toppings and flavors of the tostada chips with olives overtaking the dish. Grouper was delicious but curry flavor disguised with the rich risotto flavors paired with it. Asparagus were cooked perfectly but no truffle flavor at all. Overall beautiful meal and service but the food left us slightly disappointed especially silly at the price tag.

                              We've been here several times and was disappointed with our last experience. The boar was tough and the refilling of the wine glasses was not good for the price and level of service experienced. Instead of filling all the wine glasses with a little the server pour most of the remaining wine into one glass and that glass was too full and there was barely any left for anyone else.
