Twin Owls Steakhouse at The Taharaa Mountain Lodge

For the past two decades, the Twin Owls Steakhouse has offered the premiere fine dining and event experience in the Estes Valley. Now, as we look forward to the next twenty years, we invite you to join us in our new home at the Taharaa Mountain Lodge, and to experience the best that Estes Park has to offer.
Our menu has been carefully crafted to please the entire family, and includes a broad selection of steaks, wild game and seafood, along with a kids’ menu and an irresistible dessert selection. We also offer an extensive wine list, local craft beers and hand-crafted cocktails.

Took a little long to get waited on but they apologized and service was great from that point forward. Food was awesome, even if a bit overpriced. The restaurant is beautiful with great views and a cozy fireplace, although more comfortable chairs would have been welcomed.

Twin Owls is a lovely experience. The view is unbeatable, and the service is friendly and impeccable. They even had a gentleman playing Spanish and classical guitar for ambiance. This is the best option in town for fine dining. We will definitely be back.

I loved the place, nice view, great Elk sirloin. Wine from Estes CO was amazing. I will definitely come back.

First time going to Twin Owls, and it was great. Had the Elk Kabobs, first time trying elk, and they were amazing. Very tender and marinated well. I also had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. Topped it off with an espresso martini, which capped the night perfectly.

Our server, Serge, was very nice. The restaurant was lovely and the food and drinks were wonderful. We were the last reservation of the night and the last to leave, thank you for accommodating our small group and making us feel welcome.

Pleasant service, without being patronizing. Each item was excellent - bacon-wrapped scallops, wedge salad,steak, prime rib, carrots, mashed potatoes, and crème brûlée. Note that handicapped parking for both lodging and restaurant is in the same place, near the entrance.
