Great retro vibe, ‘80s hits on the speakers. Escargot the bomb. Good service too. Next time, would like to sit overlooking the park.

Everything was delicious, be sure to save room and order the souffle... any of them! We had the pistatio pandan souffle, and it was fantastic.

Great food and service was ok except the waiter brought the check while we were still eating before offering coffee. If this is the restaurant's practice they should, at the very least, ask the customer whether they are having or an after dinner drink before placing the check on the table. Placing a check on the table while you are still eating is a no no!!This is the second time that this happened.

I have to say, I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The decor and ambiance were on point—luxurious yet intimate, with amazing views of Columbus Circle that really set the mood. The hospitality was top-notch, but the star of the show was definitely the food. We started with the black pepper sirloin satay, which was perfectly cooked, followed by main lobster summer rolls and crispy garlic shrimp—each dish packed with flavor. The lemongrass ribs were tender and aromatic, and the crab fried rice was deliciously indulgent. The wok-tossed long beans were a great balance to all the richness. To top it off, we had the Thai iced coffee affogato, which was the perfect sweet ending. What really made the meal stand out was the passion fruit hot sauce they provided—it went perfectly with everything. Our waitress was super attentive, and she even surprised us with a Phuket swizzle from the bar that was strong and delicious. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique dining experience.

Our table was perfect - the waitress was beyond helpful and lovely. The food was delicious and plentiful and my cocktail was made perfectly !

Excellent dinner on a Tuesday night. We were going to a concert at Carnegie Hall afterwards and were running a little late for our reservation. Our server was excellent, I told him when we had to be out and he made sure to course out our meal, we had plenty of time to eat and were finished with plenty of time to get to the concert. Really beautiful restaurant too! Particularly delicious was the salmon crudo, yellowtail crudo, lobster spring rolls and King Crab and Uni buns.

Excited to try this new restaurant out and it didn’t disappoint. The moment you enter the warm, rich ambience kicks in. This interior is simply stunning and if you’re lucky (we weren’t) you might have a view of Columbus Circle and Central Park. We had a great waitress who made sure we understood each dish, which is nothing like a traditional Thai or Vietnamese restaurant might serve. My wife enjoyed her steamed bass while my shaken beef was absolutely delicious. Also had the chicken satay, which I have to admit was sub par. We’ve been to most of the restaurants owned and operated by Quality Restaurant Group, and Twin Tails is a hit. Definitely recommend.

Food was good but nothing out of the ordinary to justify the high prices. Food was on par with your favorite local Thai spot. Server was not very fluent with the menu and struggled to provide coherent descriptions of dishes. Lovely space but no need to return.

The service left a lot to be desired. Our server never introduced themselves by name and seemed overly attentive at the wrong moments, checking in constantly before we even had a chance to look at the menu. When we asked for recommendations, the descriptions were vague and unhelpful, offering no real insight into flavor or portion size. Basic service details were lacking—water refills had to be requested multiple times, and there was little attention to clearing plates or tidying the table between courses. The wait for dessert and cocktails was noticeably long, and when our soufflé arrived, we had to ask for proper utensils, as my friend only had a knife and chopsticks while I had nothing at all. To top it off, the server dropped the check as soon as dessert arrived, which felt rushed and impersonal. Overall, the experience felt inattentive and disorganized, making it hard to truly enjoy the meal.
