Our flagship IPA. A perfect balance of gritty hops and sweet malt. Hopped with Mosaic, Chinook, Citra, & Cascade. Our IPA bears the moniker of Eastonian and Lafayette College grad Colonel Charles Wikoff who lost his life leading the charge up San Juan Hill, an action generally attributed to Teddy Roosevelt.

A French style Saison brewed with grapefruit peel and crushed white peppercorns. Light, citrusy, and highly carbonated to bring out dry effervescent yeast characteristics with a slight pepper finish. Named after Marquis de Lafayette, who selflessly served in the American Revolution.
Getter's Island Pale Ale6,75 USD
American style pale ale, kettle and dry hopped with Mosaic and Cryo-Pop blend. Notes of sweet citrus and grapefruit pith. Named after the little island between Easton and Phillipsburg which is named after Charles Getter, convicted of murdering his wife in 1833. Getter was hanged on the island twice for his crime, the rope broke on the first try. We named this pale ale after Getter's Island, because old Charlie must have been pretty bitter for the thirty minutes it took for them to get another rope.

A Belgian Wit lightly spiced with coriander and bitter orange peel. Named after the ladies who plied their trade on Pine Street, Easton's "Red Light" District during Prohibition.

Castel Di Lucio6,50 USD
European style pilsner brewed with almost 100% Euro-Pils malt and hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. Light biscuit and cracker malt notes backed with soft hops to provide balance. Castel di Lucio is named for the village in Sicily where many of Easton's first Italian immigrants came from.

Back after an over 2-year hiatus. Gose is Gross is a wheat beer brewed with salt, quick-soured with Lallemand's Philly Sour yeast and fermented with 500lbs. of pineapple and passionfruit puree.

Great food, reasonably priced, and great service. Second floor seating was much quieter than the first floor.

Had a great time at Two Rivers. I got the Chicken BLT and it was delicious. My friend got the pretzel board and I think that was the winner over all food-wise. The Gunpowder and Thyme cocktail was well made and nicely balanced! The only reason our service got four stars was I had to ask for plates and silverware when our appetizer came out, as we had none on the table. We got the fried pickles. They were also delicious. Server and support staff were all very friendly and helpful!

First time at Two Rivers. Great place with fun vibe before going to State Theatre. Our waitress Sierra was awesome. Food was delicious & unexpected for a brewery. Had the special tomato basil soup with the Italian chicken flatbread. Short rib poutine was loaded with beef. So flavorful. Would definitely go there again.

Our server (Sierra F) was excellent on all accounts, as was the hostess and other serve staff members. Ceasar salad was huge, loaded with cheese, etc., and delicious as always. The Tito's Martini was also excellent. We were disappointed that the complimentary fresh bread and sweet butter had been discontinued, along with the 'Candy Bar' desert (although the Chocolate Brownie was very good) For the first time in many visits, we were disappointed with the Short Rib Poutine dishes, which we'd both ordered. They tasted delicious, as always......however, the amount of beef, compared to the amount frites was noticeably less than in our previous visits. The total amount of food in these dishes was also noticeably less. This was the very first time we ever left Two Rivers disappointed. Because all the employees there are friendly, professional, and accommodating, we'll consider by again sometime, hoping for just a few 'tweaks' in the food.

Excellent experience! Food was delicious. Had blackened chicken BLT with jalapeño poppers wrapped in bacon. Dessert was “candy bar”. Truly awesome dessert. Service was wonderful. Server was very attentive and friendly. Wish we could remember her name. Had cosmopolitan drink. Spot on great! We’re going back soon!

The waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu/ drinks. We got the pb burger, chili, and their beer. All were delicious! Our first time there, but I’d definitely return again!
