   This was my second visit. This is one the best dining experiences in the state. Will be back again and again and again. 6 Stars!!!

   Ukiyo was an incredible experience. The finely curated meal explores many different avenues with many exploding in flavor. All of the courses are well thought out and placed in an order that makes sense. If you are into a truly transcendent omakase experience, you should make a reservation immediately.

   Ukiyo was a cool experience, but i was hoping for a more sushi focused menu. More than half the items served was not sushi. And fusion inspired. Sushi was not hand made at the table and only prepped. I guess I was expecting a traditional omakase experience.

   Excellent flow, great food, knowledgeable staff. It was an excellent experience, start to finish. Will certainly be returning once the new menu set comes out.

   This was an amazing experience, both chefs explained every dish, you were able to taste every single flavor, the texture blend in with every single one of the ingredients combined. Cocktails were very unique. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely go back.

   What a beautiful concept. You can feel the passion as soon as you walk in. The pace was excellent. Food was incredible.

   Such a great experience and will be coming back. Chef Paul creates a delicious and meaningful menu and the staff are next level knowledgeable about everything and anything you may have a question about. I left very content and very full!

    The ambiance and decor of the restaurant was chic and modern. I loved the little welcome drink they provide even before taking you down to the dining area. I had the wine pairing and my husband ordered the sake pairing - both were delicious and elevated the dishes. I had some of the best sake here I’ve ever tasted! The sommelier was very knowledgeable and we loved hearing about each pairing. My only criticism of our experience was that it felt very rushed to me. I could barely keep up with how fast they served each dish. Other omakase experiences and tasting menus often take three and sometimes four hours, but I believe we had only an hour and forty five minutes. Feeling obligated to down the food and drinks so quickly was a buzz kill. Still a fun experience but not sure I’d go back.
