   We went for Dine Out Boston (Restaurant week) and had a good meal! For $46 for a Wedge, Steak, and desert was a good value. The meatballs, and gnocchetti were fine even if the meatballs were a little under cooked. For restaurant week it was a good value, but at full price I would not be back. Overall it was a good restaurant but very expensive. Go if there is a deal and you want a good steak but otherwise it's ok at best. The cocktails were good and the wine selection was great. I'd come back for restaurant week next year just for the steak.

   We had a wonderful night at Umbria. We ordered off the "Dine Boston" menu and the food was delicious and a good value. Nick, our waiter was attentive and helpful and having him at our table was a highlight of the visit. The room is hard which made it a bit noisy but the ambiance is very pleasant. Would return again during future visits to Boston.

   Great food and the staff were so attentive. Isabella was fantastic. It is pricey, but we knew that going in. Highly recommend.

   We had a fabulous time at Umbria! My friends and I came for restaurant week, and had a great meal. We got the gnocchi and steak, and everything was cooked to perfection. The espresso martinis were SO good! What’s more, we had an amazing waiter, Ken! He was so kind, kept an eye on us, and made us laugh throughout the meal. Next time we’re back, we will ask for Ken. I’ll be back to Umbria in the future!

   My only complaint was lobster dumplings. I guess I expected lump meat but it had ground lobster meat mixed with other ingredients in them. It tasted like canned tuna to me. Not very good. I did love the Umbria roll and the bone in sword

   The service was great! But the food was definitely overrated. Even down to the truffle, it wasn't a high-grade at all. The Lobster dumplings were terrible, but the rest of my party enjoyed their food

   What an outstanding meal! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed from the 3 course restaurant week menu. Everything we ate was delicious. Tuna tatare, porcini mushroom soup, filet mignon, swordfish, balsamic glazed Brussel sprouts ( We ordered this side dish as an extra ), apple pie and chocolate cake. Service was very good; portions were ample; value was exceptional and the atmosphere was lovely. I would highly recommend dining here.

   Visited Umbria during Dine Out Boston. Unfortunately our experience was that great. Food arrived after an hour of waiting. Meatballs were raw, entrees were not balanced with their ingredients and our desserts were topped with shaved red cabbage. It was very weird and through off the entire dessert. Drinks were good but not to justify the price.

    Original server assigned didn’t want to serve me, I was assigned someone else. I had asked him for the Dine Out Boston menu and from there my server was switched. New server was polite and knowledgeable of the items on the menu, gave great suggestions. Overall a nice place and will return. Btw just take an Uber there, locating a parking space was exhausting.
