What a shame. This was the first time I’ve ever complained about food to a server. Simply the worst Italian food I’ve ever had.

I have been to this restaurant for at least 4 previous occasions. This time, I was left disappointed. I went to celebrate my birthday with friends. It took over an hour to get food to our table. I have sat in the loft all other visits and on busier nights and have gotten food/service much faster. We were not offered any explanation to the delay. My birthday dessert was given to wrong person, at the table. Many misses on this visit and given no reason to return.

Had a disappointing night here overall. The food was really good, but in terms of value for money, others close by are better options. The service was terrible. Had to ask for someone to come after waiting for 15 mins when we got there, and we probably saw her three times. Then auto-add a 20% gratuity which I guess is why they make very little effort to go over and above. Too many other good places and wouldn’t go back.

Very good food. Not sure why the place get any reviews under 4. We ordered the arancini, the risotto and the tortelli. They were all excellent. We will definitely come back!

We let out server choose the food for our group of 7 and she did a great job, everyone enjoyed the food and had a great time. Ambience was good, and while a little noisey in the main dining I think it was mostly us making the noise! The serves are not very big so expect to grab a few to satisfy everyone and this drives price up, but it was all delicious and we would come back again for sure!

It was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly nice. The food was delicious and the sweet cake they brought out to my daughter for her 18th birthday was incredibly thoughtful!
