   The food was delicious! Excellent scallops and beef tenderloin, and pear salad. And absolutely the best White Russian ever!

   We are always dealing with food allergies for our son and they went above and beyond for us! He was even able to eat dessert. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable!

   I rarely am impressed by dinning as I travel and eat out entirely too much. However everything about Union was above expectations!

   What a wonderful restaurant. Food was superb and service was impeccable. Would recommend highly. The steaks were perfect. Will be back.

   Had an amazing dinner at Union Grill and Bar while vacationing in Grand Cayman. The ambience was classy yet relaxed, with live music that set the perfect mood. The food was exceptional—every dish was spot on (especially the snapper). We sat outside and had the whole patio to ourselves, which made it feel like our own private dining experience. Plus, it’s just a short walk to Gelato & Co. for dessert (can’t beat that combo)!

   Absolutely the most creative and best quality food on the island! The New Zealand lamb was outstanding! Sides were amazing! Mona was a perfect example of exceptional wait staff! This is a must on the island!

   Staff was attentive and very friendly. They all provided excellent service. The ceviche was delicious as was the burrata. However the main courses were all over cooked. We had salmon, pork tenderloin and the ribeye. We were a bit disappointed in those. The cappuccinos after dinner were delightful. We would try again though.

   I had one of the most amazing nights while celebrating my birthday with friends at Union Restaurant Cayman Islands. Succulent dishes and great environment. I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a romantic evening, a night out with family and friends or even for a solo and relaxing night.

   We have been here for two weeks so far and have been to multiple restaurants, The Union Grill was by far the best. The service was impeccable, the steak was cooked to perfection and the presentation was extraordinary. It is pricey but well worth it. I would highly recommend it!

    Drinks were innovative, refreshing, flavors dancing on the tongue. Very good presentation and play on senses with the beef tartare. Desert was the strawberries 5 different kind of ways “eaton mess”, very innovative. Service was superior. Loved, loved the light jazz, and the decor, everything was perfect. The staff was welcoming.
