Uno Mas offers elevated Mexican Cuisine and fresh made "mock-aritas" in a beautiful but relaxed setting. Our menu is focused on traditional flavors with exciting and new dishes. My first visit to the restaurant and I was not disappointed. This is truly a hidden gem in Allendale, NJ. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday so we wanted the experience to be special, which it was. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic. I was not sure what to order and our server Eva was patient, knowledgeable and spot on. She recommended the salad special which was arugula with fresh burrata and pistachios and pomegranate. And also the pork chop . Both dishes were mouth watering. For dessert we had the homemade donuts. Eva went far above and beyond typical service making sure everything was as it should be. She is an asset to the restaurant and we will be back!

Been here a few times and had the Shrimp Burrito bother times and it was delicious. The chips and three salsas also were great. Prices were good and this is a BYOB. Located right in downtown Allendale. Easy to get too and food was fantastic.

Andrew is terrific and we really enjoy the food. We used to do takeout but have really enjoyed dining in as well.

The food was fantastic. Three of us had the burritos (pork, mushroom, & shrimp) and the other the short rib enchiladas. We also had the guacamole and the salsa trio. Each was equally delicious and more chips were brought as needed. It was easy to get a reservation on a Sunday and it was never too packed. Seating is close but it was more than adequate distance. I very much look forward to going back.

I have been here easily a half dozen times. The food is a bit overpriced for what you are getting, but it is a great meal. The mocktails are WAY overpriced, I indulge every time and then say, hmm was it worth it (answer is no). Need more veg options also (enough w the mushrooms). We had reservations at 815, we did not get seated until almost 850 due to tables not moving and also a bad job of seating folks so that you could not pull tables together (easily avoided and why make a reservation then?). While we did get comped guac for the trouble (and they kept pushing us to order at the cramped bar area before table was finally ready) - knowing they closed at 10 and feeling a bit rushed made it not as pleasant an evening as it should have been with a pair of girlfriends.

Great place to go and enjoy far from the standard “usual” Mexican food. While the flair is Mexican UnoMas has a unique take and options that make it stand out as a culinary treat. The ability to bring your own adds to the friendly atmosphere and experience. The place is small so you need to get your table reserved early. You will not be disappointed. The homemade chips are the best !

We came early for our reservation but we were seated right away. The staff was pleasant. The food was delicious. We had the guacamole, fundido, burrito and the short rib enchiladas. It was a bit pricey for what we got but very tasty! We would return.
