Me, my daughter, my boyfriend’s daughter, and his mother went for an early Mothers Day dinner. We had a reservation made weeks ago and were seated promptly. We even ran a little late and I called the restaurant, but they were very accommodating which I am grateful for knowing how chaotic Mother’s Day dining can be. We were greeted by our server promptly but refills and pre-bussing had to be specifically asked for. I’m in service as well, and understand how holidays can be, but while the restaurant was busy, staff didn’t appear to be weeded. Help came from behind the bar to clear plates from our table, and that’s just straight up teamwork. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Overall the experience was great although I feel like service could have been a little better. The espresso martini was delicious! I’ve dined at Urban many times and will continue to do so. I’d like to go back for a non-holiday to hopefully better gauge the service level I know I can expect.

Please get more umbrellas for your outdoor seating. We were on your front lawn and the sun was completely baking us our food got hot, our drinks got hot, we could hardly hold our silverware cause it was so hot. It is not an appropriate seating spot for a brunch if you don’t have shade.

Food was ok, service and ambience is cute. Noise level was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation. And we were inside the main restaurant. No band, no music, just poor acoustics

We are in the sunroom and loved the atmosphere. There was live music and the drinks and food were amazing. Our waitress could have attended to us more but we enjoyed our time together

The food is amazing and worth a visit alone. Josh our server was friendly and funny! However we were seated outside and the outside does not have shading. Lots of flies swarming which makes for a less than enjoyable experience. Add some umbrellas or covering like the turf and your all set!

The food and service were so great! But it was so loud that we could not hear each other. The issue is that there was a musician in a very echo-y room combined with full tables. The idea of a musician is great but maybe not the right choice for busy days with screaming children, like Easter brunch.

The food, atmosphere, and restaurant were fantastic. Our service was slow at first; however, a different restaurant employee stepped in to help our server and then everything was on point. It was perfect.
