It was Christmas day so maybe we had the second string staff, but the service was not what I would expect at a high-end restaurant. Staff was nice but not attentive. Food was hit and miss. Some of the dishes were excellent, some were average and one was disappointing. I did like the venue’s ambiance. It was comfortable and well decorated. Overall, I can’t recommend. I expected more from this high price restaurant.

What a beautiful Christmas breakfast! We had a group of 11, a mixture of kids, teens, and adults. We were treated with kindness & generosity throughout our visit. We never felt rushed even though we were there for a long time. Our drinks and food were excellent. The ambiance was a very sweet and upscale holiday vibe. Our server was incredible. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We went for the Christmas Prix fixe menu 2024. The good: -Atmosphere is really nice at the Nines Hotel with a wonderful view. -Service is good. -In our party someone really enjoyed the Prime Rib. The flourless chocolate cake was to die for! The bad: -The sweet potato rolls were stale/ hard. -All the sides were lacking seasoning. -The roasted cauliflower had a sauce that was way too vinegary to the point you only tasted that. -The chicken was extremely dry and almost too sweet. -The toffee pudding for dessert was more like a muffin with a little frosting, it desperately needed a sauce or ice cream.

we were promptly seated at a nice table for two. Our server (Diamond) was very attentive. The cornbread with butter, on the house, was enjoyable. We had one order of the Pork chop with stone fruit, it was excellent and the large portion could have been shared by two moderate eaters. The mashed potatoes were fluffy and creamy. The other order was the steak tartar which slightly differed from a traditional presentation, as it is already mixed. Our server explained their preparation and I was not surprised to see it presented that way. It was really very good and flavorful. Selections of wine by the glass were good. all in all a very well prepared and tasty meal!

The food was mediocre at best. I had a Cesar salad with chicken and it had no dressing on it. It took me 20 min to find someone to bring me the dressing. Service was really slow. We were there for 2 hours, waiting for them to clear our plates and then still had to ask for the bill. We won’t be back.

Made my husband’s birthday feel extra special! From the hand written birthday card and bubbles to start to the amazing food and happy birthday message on the dessert. The experience was above and beyond and truly appreciated!
