                                      Had lunch with my parents as received a gift card. Nice dining experience but price does not align with quality/quantity of the food delivered.

                                      The service was very unfortunate. We initially weren’t seated until 15 mins after our reservation time, then it took over an hour before our first appetizer even made it to the table. By the time our server finally took our order, 2 of the items we ordered were no longer available. 2 hours in we were still waiting on our entrees. We finally just asked to cancel the order so we could leave, then lo and behold the food arrived 3 mins later. It must have just been sitting on the line. We asked for the WiFi so we could turn on our toddlers the screen. The manager never returned to the table w/ the information, though walked by our table in plain sight on multiple occasions. The food that actually arrived was tasty, but we will not be going back.

                                      The steaks our party ordered were mediocre - not particularly tender and more gristly than we expected. Given the high price of the steaks, very disappointing.

                                      We stayed at the hotel and had our New Year's Eve dinner at Urban Farmer. Alixx the F&B manager was first to greet us and engaged in lively conversation. Our food was timely and expertly cooked. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely keep coming back for those special occasion experiences.
