Pretentious and over-priced. I will be surprised if this place lasts another year. For an almost $600 bill, there are numerous other places you can go to in the area that will offer you significantly better value. My family came excited and expecting elevated and quality Italian. Unfortunately, it felt like we walked onto the set of a bad James Bond Movie. The hostess was dressed like a Bond girl sitting at what looked like a hotel check in desk. A champagne “VIP” cart girl wearing a prom dress comes to you when you first sit down to upsell you on champagne. It’s bizarre. It’s obvious all the servers are NOT experienced in fine dining, probably college kids or recent grads. You can tell they feel so uncomfortable and are not confident. Convinced the bread they serve you is a stale loaf from Publix. I mean this place is averaging $50 plates. The octopus was chewy, the calamari was sub bar, and the cheese and meat plate was forgettable. The only bright spot in the evening was the pasta. It was hot, freshly made, and flavorful. Some of the best pasta I’ve had in years. Other than that, this place should be avoided at all costs, just an instagram worthy money pit.È utile?

First visit to this restaurant and it definitely made an amazing impression. The ambiance was that of an upscale NY restaurant. The bar experience was everything it should be and more. Valentino’s was the nicest dining experience we’ve had in a while. The attention to detail from the finely dressed doorman, to the beautifully dressed and friendly hostesses dared to outshine the immaculate interior design. Our waiter was attentive and this Italian accent and pride in the chef’s creations momentarily whisked us back to Tuscany. Without paying much attention to the prices, I expected the check to be at least double what it was.
