Join Valette Wines on March 19th 2025, at The Matheson for an unforgettable evening celebrating culinary artistry, award winning wines. The night will begin with appetizers (Wine Club exclusive) on our patio with Chef Dustin Valette, followed by a 5 course Tasting Menu debuting our 2021 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (along with our Single Vineyard Bush Crispo) and our 100-point Cabernet Sauvignon. Dinner starts at 6:15 PM on our private event mezzanine with bespoke dishes curated to harmoniously blend each wine's elegance and complexity with Valette’s cuisine. Dustin is amazing. His passion for food is palpable! Great experience all around! Can’t wait for the next one! The food and wine were delicious too.

This was a lovely and interesting experience. 30 mins of sau blanc, stories and intros. One hour walking with Dustin around the Farmers' Market and getting info on foods. A first-class lunch with great wines back at the restaurant while Dustin showed how the dishes were made. The only issue was that we were seated farthest from the cooking demo table. And, while Dustin did his best to speak up, and came around to show the finished dish, it was hard to hear and see what was being said and done. Get up closer!

The Valette Wines experience was great. Started with coffee, pastries and a little Sauv Blanc. We walked around the farmers market with Dustin, who knows everyone. Learned and tasted what's fresh in the middle of October. Went back to The Matheson for an amazing demonstration, and enjoyed a four course lunch paired with Valette Wines. Chef has partnered with a star studded group of winemakers to produce a superb array of wines, available at reasonable price points for the value. Go for the food, go for the wine, go for the experience.

Excellent wine made to go with food. Wonderful way to get to try Vallette’s array of wines, including the 100-point Cab!The“nibbles” were so good and actually were enough for a full lunch. Nick and MacKenzie were friendly, knowledgeable and low-pressure hosts, making it very enjoyable experience.
