    From the beginning to the end! Excellent service, host, manger, server (Natalia), food, drinks, ambience! Food was amazing! Overall was an excellent experience!

    Food was out of this world good. Staff super attentive. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side, but well compensated by the value of the food.

    It was absolutely delicious and we loved the open kitchen and exceptional staff who from the moment we walked in made us feel welcomed and appreciated. It’s a comfortable, warm and lovely environment and we could easily hear all our parties conversations without a problem and the whole restaurant was filled. I look forward to going back again soon.

    What a treat! Lovely room, not too loud, love the open kitchen, great menu, drinks. Maybe wouldn’t make cacio e pepe with bucatini (spaghetti is better, IMO) but overall, can’t wait to go back. Outstanding service too.

    We met friends for dinner and it was our first time dining there. The food was absolutely delicious. We all loved our meals as well as our cocktails. The staff was knowledgeable, gracious and welcoming. We were seated back by the open kitchen so we were able to see all the food coming out and everything looked amazing. The only downside was that we were hoping to try the restaurant week menu, however they weren’t offering it that evening. We will definitely go back to Vallata again.

    Restaurant week dinner. Whipped ricotta with delicata squash was delicious, kale salad just OK. Sea Bream what I could eat of it around the edges was excellent but the the center was undercooked— they comped us 2glasses of wine as an apology. Ice cream for dessert were out if this world, esp the sorbets.

    Restaurant is very charming, the tables are very close together so there’s not much privacy with conversations. But the food was really good as was the service.

    Excellent food and service, can’t beat a bowl of pasta and glass of wine for & $33 of such high quality! The staff was outstanding and food was exceptional, great wine list as well. Such a treat for our visit to nyc!
