   Beautiful restaurant. Delicious food. Loved the trio dips, salad and the shrimp skewers were delicious.

   We visited this restaurant with our baby in a stroller, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were given a table that was right in the middle of a busy walkway, making it very congested. The staff saw us struggling but made no effort to accommodate us or make things easier. When I went to change my baby's diaper, I was glad they had a changing pad, but there were no liners available. On top of that, the lighting in the restroom was so dim that it made cleaning up difficult. As for the food, nothing really stood out except for the zucchini chips, which were quite good. I had mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, so when we ordered dessert, I expected at least a small gesture—maybe a sparkler or a simple acknowledgment—but there was nothing. Given that we ordered a lot and spent quite a bit, it felt like there was no effort to make the night special. Overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I wouldn’t be in a hurry to return.

   Everything was great, as always! Our server, Heather, was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the wine. We will definitely continue coming back, as Vasili’s is one of our favorite restaurants!

   We were disappointed with the food for the first time - one of our friend's meals was sent back and the second attempt at it was equally bad. We have eaten here many times and it has been generally very good. It could have been an off night but the management did not handle it well. One ordered appetizer never arrived. After an accidental drink spill the waiter helped with cleanup but never brought a replacement beverage. The shrimp skewers dish was cold and we sent it back - they first brought it back re-heated like microwaved...which just looked unappealing - then they brought another and it was essentially cooked the same as the first. The did discount both from the bill - and our friend went without dinner (by that time the rest of us were done eating).

   We ordered gyros, halibut and shrimp. Everything was very fresh and prepared to perfection. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation and were greeted promptly by a smiling team of host/hostesses and enjoyed a drink at the bar. The bar staff was very attentive and friendly. The highlight of our evening was our very enjoyable waitress, Heather, who should be commended. It was truly a delight to be seated in her section. She offered incredible food and beverage recommendations and appeared to really enjoy her job. Her warm personality made us feel right at home. Even though it was a busy evening, Heather frequently returned to our group to find out if there was anything else she could do to make our dining experience better. She is fabulous and our overall dining experience was outstanding!
