   Had a wonderful evening at the Vast Mile High Lounge. Saw the advertisement of this pop up on Instagram and had to make a reservation. I work in aviation and loved the thoughtfully inspired 60s airport lounge theme. Everything from the bartender dawning a pilot suit to the vintage magazines to the PANAM totes and poster prints made me feel like I was inside the film Catch Me If You Can or the show Mad Men. Thought the steak bites were a bit overpriced but the ambiance, cocktails and views were hard to beat! I love the limited number of parties by reservation only. Made the experience quiet and enjoyable. My only issue is I had to purchase two tickets in order to reserve a seat. I often attend events and special occasions solo and would greatly appreciate the option to book one ticket for the experience. Please consider allowing single diners. The two tickets, two cocktails, two apps and tip set me back $130. Another $16 for valet and it was a $146 evening. A little more than I expected for an experience that did not feature a full dinner but the exclusivity and hassle free service was a rewarding tradeoff. The open seating was great and made the evening comfortable choosing my own seating. The event truly showcased the value Vast has for community and the staff went above and beyond to make the experience unique. They were polite, knowledgeable and attentive exuding passionate energy in the support of local businesses. Looking forward to the next event! Xoxo -Andrea

   Thank you for a great experience, the octopus was beyond this world. The steak was top notch, done to perfection. The view was fantastic, full moon was beautiful. The service was impeccable. We will be back. Thank you .

   First, from September 2022 to March 2023, during some of my days of working as a busser for the Seltzer's department at the Omni Hotel, I used to attend a buffet on any weekdays in which I was either cut early due to slow business (I now work as a janitor at the Dale Rogers Training Center), or my then-payday (every two Fridays) was a day off for me, so I'd celebrate my paycheck. There, I'd get some of the foods they had at the buffet, like the Bishop rolls, butter, making my own salad, and some varying entrees and desserts (including crème brulée), and I also enjoyed having a mixture of Sprite and lemonade. I'd used the buffet then because it was the cheapest available. Later, starting January of this year, I made monthly visits. Their Vast potato (creamy mashed potatoes inside a wonton dumpling into the shape of a money bag, fried in peanut oil) was outstanding (I had it for my first two reservations of the year), as were the Vast Caesar salad (I had it with ranch), the grilled sourdough, the croutini with spinach-artichoke dip and sundried tomatoes, and two soups du jour (a smoked salmon cream-based chowder and a ham-and-pea one [both topped with microleeks]), a steak from the Surf and Turf, the rack of lamb, and three zero-proof cocktails: bubbles and berries, cinnamon twist, and mint berry crunch. Excellent bread and butter! The most top-notch dessert I've had by far was their strawberry shortcake! Also, the servers have a positively great attitude! You can also get a good view from a window, especially at night.

   Always an amazing experience. Staff has extraordinarily customer service. Food is incredible and the view anytime of the day is breathtaking.

   Dana took care of us and made things nice. Very knowledgeable about the cuisine and super personable. The manager Evan went above and beyond giving us a personal tour. He pointed out the different buildings and shared some interesting facts.

   First time dining there. Was excellent in all regards, did not disappoint. Duck breast entree was delicious, and their take on the strawberry shortcake was wonderful. Will certainly dine at Vast again when I’m in town.

    The Vast ‘Mile High Cocktail Lounge’ was a fantastic experience. The lead bartender crafted a masterful bar menu. Each drink was more amazing than the one before. The level of serve even went beyond that of the 60’s airport lounges! The attention was SPOT ON! Vast knows what they are doing… keep up the ‘pop-up’ themes. It adds mystic!
