Come enjoy our delicious mountain fare cuisine in our Velvet Buck Restaurant! Our restaurant, located inside the St. Regis Hotel, offers a variety of items inspired by local produce and mountain inspired dishes for breakfast. We also offer Brunch on Sundays, we offer an hour and a half two different sittings at 11:30am first sitting and second sitting at 1:30pm!. From the moment we arrived, Leslie welcomed us with a smile and exceptional service, ensuring everything was perfect from the start. Our server, Aaryan, was simply outstanding. His attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism made our experience unique and unforgettable. Additionally, the support from Shanti was incredibly generous, showing true dedication to providing top-notch service. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the staff’s attention were on another level. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to all our friends. The servers were polite. The spaghetti had no flavor and the sauce was very light. The lamb was very “fatty”. The complimentary bread with ribs was very good

                                                                                    The food was one of the best-tasting meals I have ever had. However, the prices are incorrectly represented on Open Table. The entrees and appetizers were the most expensive I have seen in Aspen. The restaurant felt like a conference room with tables. The drinks take a long to arrive because they are from the bar in the lobby. The server was lovely and did a great job. Even though the food was delicious, I would not go back or recommend this restaurant.

                                                                                    The restaurant did not have the wine or beer we ordered from their menu A 20% service charge was added to the bill because we had a large party of 6 people but they did not tell us in advance or when they presented the bill A 20% gratuity is less than what I typically pay for great service but I don’t want to unknowingly add 20% to a an unwarranted service fee The food was average and the restaurant was disappointing I think this was the worst experience I have had ever

                                                                                    I was looking forward to some venison, but the menu had changed. The waiter made an excellent suggestion for a suchi type beef tartare , that was most unusual and excellent overall. For the dessert, again the waiter made a suggestion and i had the poached pear which was exceptional. The service was perfect, the room beautifully decorated and very little noise or disruptions. I was having dinner by myself and enjoyed the interactions i had with the staff and insightful discussions about food and wine with the Maitre D. I would highly recommend this place when in the mood for a fancy dinner.
