          We had a reservation and still had to wait awhile. The hostess was beyond rude when we asked a timeline. Once seated, we were placed at a table made for 4 but had 6 people and a high chair. The food was not the quality it normally is either. The restaurant was extremely warm. Not a great experience.

          Not as I had hoped. We visited this establishment 2 weeks prior and had a most enjoyable time. This evening was less than pleasant. Seated at a table basically in the middle of the walkway. Multiple glasses dropped off of trays behind us on the way to the kitchen. Chairs knocked into because people couldn’t get by. Server was obviously behind and we were an afterthought. In his rush he missed several order requests, namely not even finishing the tables initial drink order. When we asked the specials he shoved a piece of paper in my face and gave no explanation. A dinner reservation beginning at 6:30 that ended at 9:20. Will not visit again this close to the holiday. Obviously understaffed for an over capacity crowd with inexperienced /unwilling help. Sincerely, Native Midlander who knows this place can do better.

          It was close to the holiday so you expect service to be a bit slower. But our server was not good. He never told us the specials, was extremely unhelpful with choosing the wine. Our drinks took 20+ minutes to arrive ( we were seated by the bar), and then we order another round before our meal arrived and they didn’t show up until after our meal. Which we then declined. We ordered a dessert to go and sat for another 20+ minutes while we waited to get our check, before flagging him down to ask for it. Then we had to flag him down to ask for it to be split and again to let him know which tab was supposed to have the wine on it. The food was good, the ambiance was good. But the service was really bad.
