Verbena is a restaurant and bar located in the heart of West 6th Street occupying the street side ground level of the award-winning Canopy by Hilton Hotel. The venue is comprised of a 36-seat bar and lounge, a 60-seat dining room with open kitchen, and wood-burning hearth, both which open to a lush open-air courtyard. Journey through Chef Paolo's gastronomic narrative where he pays homage to his contemporary Mexican roots. His menu is highly influenced with essences of French techniques and contains stories and flavors he's discovered throughout his travels. It is truly a memorable dining experience. Come grab a coffee and freshly baked pastry on your way to work or spend a Sunday morning over a bountiful brunch.     This Thanksgiving, let us do the cooking so you can enjoy the Holiday! Skip the stress of cooking and savor the flavors. Our Thanksgiving Meal To-Go Package is here to make your celebration effortless and delicious. Enjoy a 10-14lb Herb Roasted Turkey, Garlicky Collard Greens with Bacon & Onions, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Cornbread Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Classic Mac & Cheese, and 12 Parker House-style Bread Rolls. Serves 8-10 people. Extra sides and Pumpkin Pie are available a la carte. All expertly prepared by our chef, using the finest seasonal ingredients. You bring the love and the laughter - we'll take care of the rest! Order by Thursday, November 21st for convenient pick-up on Wednesday, November 27th from 3-8pm.

                                                Tried a bite at austin food and wine festival so decided to go in. Ambiance and vibe are great, but felt like the food did not really come out piping hot. Scallops were great (sauce was weird) carrots were nice, but the service was poorly timed, he took a bit to take our order, said he would course out our meal and then brought out 2 dishes, then the next two entrees when we were one bite in on the first two apps. So it was a little weird on timing.
