"Feast of the Seven Fishes" Prix-Fixe Menu 2024

23 dic 2024 - 25 dic 2024A fresh take on holiday traditions, Vernick Fish will be hosting a "Feast of the Seven Fishes" inspired prix-fixe menu on December 23rd and 24th. Created by Chef's Greg Vernick and David Paterniti, a five course menu will be served family-style and will feature highlights such as live scallop crudo with blood orange & grilled fresno chili, brandade croquette with ossetra caviar, and a whole roasted turbot with brown butter, salt baked celery root, & white truffle. Reservations can be cancelled up to seven days in advance. Cancellations under four days will incur a $75 charge per guest. Certain dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice only. Please contact the restaurant prior to your reservation for approval.
