Welcome to Verve Bar & Restaurant! We are a local independent bar & restaurant, offering a relaxed drinking & dining experience. We specialise in our 5 star-rated, 12” hand-stretched, Wood-Fired Pizzas and our extensive in-house Cocktail list. We also serve a variety of fresh Pastas, Salads, Soft-shell Tacos & plenty of nibbles for all tastes. Gluten free pizza & pasta is available, along with catering to all other dietary requirements.

We are both family & dog friendly throughout daytimes & early evening, transitioning smoothly to a late-night cocktail bar at night. You can watch your food be prepared & cooked from the comfort of the restaurant, thanks to our open kitchen, which creates an authentic Italian-Pizzeria style experience. Our service has repeatedly received 5-stars thanks to our friendly and attentive team.

Excellent food, attentive service. Relaxed atmosphere for a Saturday night family dinner, great cocktail selection for the adults! We will return.

This was my first time visiting Verve for lunch. I arrived with a friend and we were greeted warmly at the doors and taken to our table. We were given a couple of options for menu's including their all day menu and their lunch specials menu. The waitress that served us was very sweet and accommodating and I didn't feel we waited long for our food. The food was delicious and well priced. I definitely want to return to try their other dishes and would like to attend for dinner next time to see if there is a different vibe as it was quite quiet when we attended, however this was in the middle of the afternoon and during the week so that may be why. However we both had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back!

Good food, delicious drinks but service could be improved. Be aware that if you book late, or food gets delayed, you may end up drinking in the dark with music very loud

Absolutely love what you lot do! Cocktails are the best in town, pizzas even more delicious than last time. Service is always great, amazing to see young energetic staff excited about hospitality. Shout out to the lad who served us last night and made us 'off menu' cocktails - even ran to grab more fresh oranges to make them. Seriously, keep doing what you do guys. I'll be raving about you to everyone I know... thanks Wes & team!

Good they let us in earlier than the booking as was pouring with rain. However the tortilla wraps were not average normal size like I was told,I picked 1 which turned out tiny and I got 3 king prawns in it. I asked for a crabbies ginger beer and got a fever tree ginger,not nearly the same thing. Music was too loud !

Visited for the first time today because one of our group prefers simple food. It was perfect for all of us. The nachos were amazing and the pizzas were delicious. I loved the half and half where you could choose two pizza types and got half a pizza of each. Lovely environment and cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Great value too. Will return. Very highly recommend.

The food and drinks were amazing, really enjoyed it. The place was quite loud as there were some probably late teens that were causing quite some noise. The decor of the place is lovely. But place would benefit from using proper table cleaning chemicals as it makes the the wood sticky using just regular spray. Also staff clearly wasn’t talking to each other as we have been approached by at least 4 different people with the same questions in the lapse of 5 minutes. Good service is important but it felt rushed and slightly pushy to make up our mind. The attitude of the staff is however really helpful and friendly so that is a big positive.

Yummy quick pizza and cocktails for dinner at @verve_bse - my husband particularly liked the Bob Marley pizza 🍕 and I appreciated the non alcoholic PG Passiontini cocktail 🍸 We found the music a little loud for an early ish dinner but appreciate that this is the type of venue it is.
