Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins!                                                               Amazing way to start the year! . The food, ambiance, and service were phenomenal. The crab au gratin and Cesar salad were great and the scallops risotto and filet mignon fantastic. Drinks are truly the best in New Orleans. Vessel is one of our favorite places to dine in New Orleans.

                                                              Another great experience at Vessel! Hands down, the best restaurant in New Orleans! The ambiance is over the top, food is cooked to perfection and the service was exemplary. Will be returning very soon!

                                                              Good was excellent but expensive. It was a set menu food was tasty and well seasoned. My wife didn’t enjoy the fish.

                                                              Not the new years experience we hoped for especially for $300 for 2! Our meal service was so slow and we didn’t get our salads and by three hours we just wanted to leave! The building is beautiful the service was terrible!

                                                              While we loved the food and the company around us, the service was atrocious. We had a reservation at 7:15pm on NYE and didn’t leave until 10:45pm. We had to practically beg for our check so we could leave. Such a cool venue and food was good but the service made it a horrible experience.

                                                              This place could be outstanding- the ambience is amazing. Food was good but not great. Service was disappointing. The service staff was all around except at the tables. Sitting plates down without asking if you need anything else or not checking back to see if all was well. Good service can make up for a multitude of sins. There was a gentleman that came out towards the end of our meal to inquire about things. We were polite and only ask for more water as as glass had been empty for some time and flagging down a waiter seemed impossible. Next thing we knew a waiter was checking everyone’s table to see if they needed anything. So I think he could have been the owner. My advice would be to get the wait staff trained to be more attentive and maybe offer some history on the place- tourists are always interested in a good story.

                                                              The food was actually delicious but the communication between kitchen and staff was bad. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for our salad and then they brought our meal and salad out at the same time. My entree got cold while I ate my salad. Never received an apology. Usually when a restaurant screws up they give you a discount or free dessert or something. They could have done a much better job.

                                                              Superb!!! Everything we ate and drank tonight was just amazing and the service top notch. The crab au gratin is a favorite of ours and the scallop risotto and turmeric roasted chicken dish were outstanding. The tipping point cocktail is my absolute favorite in New Orleans and the Pimm's cup is equally as good. Vessel is our go restaurant in New Orleans and every should experience it beauty.

                                                              As always, I was completely delighted at the consistency of this lovely restaurant. We were warmly greeted by the staff which is a constant at Vessel. I ordered the Blackened Gulf Fish after asking for recommendations and, once again, the waiter was spot on. The fish was delicious and the cauliflower purée was cooked to perfection. Thank you Vessel for never ceasing to amaze me!
