Vessel Specializes in Fresh Seafood and New American Cuisine! Renowned Chef Wille Cooper, who trained under Emeril Lagasse & Wolfgang Puck sources fresh local ingredients incorporating many of the traditions New Orleans is famous for. Dinner is served 7 days a week and brunch Sat-Sun! Happy Hour weekdays 4-6 pm (except holidays). Reservations are advised and we welcome walk-ins!                                                               I had a great experience here! The service was on point and very impressive. This is a great spot to take the family or even a date night. The food came out quick and was hot and delicious. Truly a New Orleans Gem.

                                                              Whenever we are in town, we always try to make at least one visit to Vessel. We've been there several times, and the food is always spectacular, delicious and consistent. The service is excellent and always top notch. It is truly a beautiful restaurant unlike anything we've ever seen, it's in an old church and the ceiling is amazing. We are already planning our next trip and have Vessel on the top of our list of "must do's".

                                                              Amazing way to start the year! . The food, ambiance, and service were phenomenal. The crab au gratin and Cesar salad were great and the scallops risotto and filet mignon fantastic. Drinks are truly the best in New Orleans. Vessel is one of our favorite places to dine in New Orleans.

                                                              Another great experience at Vessel! Hands down, the best restaurant in New Orleans! The ambiance is over the top, food is cooked to perfection and the service was exemplary. Will be returning very soon!

                                                              Not the new years experience we hoped for especially for $300 for 2! Our meal service was so slow and we didn’t get our salads and by three hours we just wanted to leave! The building is beautiful the service was terrible!

                                                              While we loved the food and the company around us, the service was atrocious. We had a reservation at 7:15pm on NYE and didn’t leave until 10:45pm. We had to practically beg for our check so we could leave. Such a cool venue and food was good but the service made it a horrible experience.
