Vestal, a live fire restaurant concept in the heart of downtown Lafayette. We provide a dining experience with a focus in providing excellent customer service, while creating a welcoming upbeat environment for people to gather and enjoy thoughtful, delicious food and beverage. At Vestal, we honor both tradition and innovation. We believe that food taste better when sourced from local vendors and artisans, is prepared by hand in house, and cooked over hot hard wood coals. An intimate, romantic, cave-like atmosphere is home to excellent service and wonderful food at Vestal. From the beef tartar, to the modified ceasar salad to the redfish on the half shell, all were perfectly balanced in both flavor and seasoning. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our dinner at Vestal before a performance at the Acadiana Center for the Arts just a block away. It's hard to beat the crab spaghetti, but everything was good. Vestal is pricey but it never disappoints!

Food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend sharing a few of the small plates. All of the staff members were amazing from the Hostess to the GM. Our waitress was one of the best I have ever had. She had a very cheery attitude and timed things perfectly.

Crawfish Bisque is amazing. Focaccia bread with feta butter is delicious. Steaks are always perfect. Duck fat fried potatoes are so damn good.
