Located in a historic townhome in the heart of Philadelphia, Vetri Cucina is a unique space that invites guests to become part of our family. The intimate dining rooms evoke the charms of Italy with custom crafted features including hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers, Richard Ginori porcelain and Venetian glassware.
Showcasing the constantly evolving, dynamic creativity of Chef Vetri and his team, Vetri Cucina serves a classic tasting menu at $165pp using the highest quality local and specialty ingredients. The menu is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research across the globe. Vetri Cucina also offers a seasonal Forchetta menu which is a premium tasting menu experience at $215pp. These are the restaurant’s sole dining options, designed to provide each guest with a memorable, unparalleled experience. Reservations are released on the first of the month for the following month: ie. On October 1st, reservations are released for the month of November.

He puts seasonal ingredients front and center in his elegant tasting menus, which could include silky handkerchief pasta with pheasant ragu and rhubarb. Located in a historic townhouse decked with hand-blown Murano glass chandeliers, the setting is an intimate, special-occasion-worthy escape.

    Vetri Cucina is offering two prix fixe menus: Our classic tasting menu is a 4 course menu with choices at $165pp The seasonal Forchetta menu is a 6 course chef selected menu at $215pp Two wine pairing options: $110 and $150 are available. Corkage Policy: Vetri Cucina does NOT allow any outside bottles. Simple yet elegant, the thoughtful meal is inspired by both classic Italian recipes and our extensive culinary research. Each guest is welcomed with a complimentary Spritz or glass of Prosecco. While you enjoy, a server presents the evening’s menu and wine options, allowing you to select your courses from the menu. Reservation for parties of 1 to 6

    This was my husband’s and my first time at Vetri, we’ve been wanting to come for a while. We decided my husband’s 35th birthday was the time. It exceeded our expectations, the food, the timing of when the food came out and the mini tastings in between were amazing. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, we even got to meet Mark himself! He was so kind and spoke to us for a minute. It was amazing. Thank you again!! My husband absolutely raved about Vetri. We’ll be coming back soon.

    Such a creative menu and so delicious. Danielle, our primary server, was so friendly and so knowledgeable. She just added to the overall experience.

    This was the perfect spot to end our stay in Philly. The food made me smile in delight-the spaghetti with morels is not one I’ll forget anytime soon. While the food was upscale, the service was laid back and fun yet knowledgeable and professional. It was an evening we won’t forget anytime soon!

    All three people in our party thought the service and ambiance was well done. We all had the classic menu. The food overall was fine, with a few exceptions such as the sweet onion crepe, almond tortellini and torte caprese for dessert were particularly good. This was the first time dining at Vetri for all of us and having experienced other fine dining restaurants in Philadelphia and elsewhere, thought that while the food was good, it wasn't special enough to warrant the pricing or a return trip.

    I came in last minute to celebrate a small personal milestone, and felt welcomed with open arms. The food was a delight, the wine pairings were perfection. What set the meal apart was the level of care and attendance by the staff. Could not recommend more.

    It was a beautiful evening. The menu, ambiance, service were all spectacular! Presentation of the food and plates was beautiful. Loved that it was a comfortable environment and not stuffy. And they let us take our time and really enjoy the evening. A very special night, indeed.

    From the food to the wait staff, everything was exceptional! We went for my brothers birthday and it was exactly what he wanted. Obviously every dish (especially the pasta) was top notch, but even my dirty martini was excellent.
