                              Amazing experience. Food is so fresh. Muscles are amazing. Pasta is very good too. Family atmosphere and cozy. Will definitely be back.

                              I ate here in May 2024 and found the food outstanding. I grew up in Rome and the flavors and preparation took me right back to my childhood. This time, however, I was sorely disappointed. The suppli were shaped like arancini (like cones rather than little footballs) and the rice inside was severely overcooked. The eggplant was fried and heavy, not light and flavorful as it was last spring. The tiramisu was pedestrian. I fear success has gone to this restaurant’s head.

                              We just had an amazing brunch at Via Cannucia. The pastries are delicate, flavorful and distinctive from each other. The omelets, with savory fillings, crispy roasted potatoes and salad are done perfectly AND are huge. We brought home enough food for several lunches or breakfasts. My favorite Boston restaurant.

                              We had another wonderful dining experience and met a couple who had travelled from Melrose to enjoy the cuisine — the trout salad is ALWAYS a winner!

                              Food was good, wasn't impressed with the pizza sauc e though was definitely a jar sauce.but overall was good would eat there again.
