Sitting atop the hill of Seattle's famed Queen Anne neighborhood can be found Via Tribunali, a true taste of southern Italy. This establishment is known for its traditional menu, which features one of the most authentic Neapolitan pizzas found outside of Naples itself. Using only fresh ingredients, the chefs at Via Tribunali rotate menu items to match the flavors of the season, giving diners the opportunity to experience real Naples cooking.Although its creative homemade pizza, like frutti di mare made with clams and mussels or Tomo 17 featuring Italian tuna, is what sets Via Tribunali apart on the Seattle culinary scene, the restaurant also offers a variety of Naples specialties. Overall the dining experience was excellent. Our table was upstairs, and it was a little dark even to read the menu. Previously, we’ve always had a table downstairs. Our guests enjoyed the pizza and the Salumi Misto appetizer. Fabulous pizza!

I’ve read a lot about this restaurant over the years and we were excited to try it while we were in the neighborhood. Cute space, nice waitstaff, good Caesar salad, not great tap beer and pretty so-so pizza for $24. Crust was soggy and toppings not very tasty, unfortunately.

Via Tribunali is a unique, special small restaurant with excellent food & wine. The service is always friendly & efficient. The wood fired pizza with the pizza scissors is a favorite as is the burrata. Would recommend for a small gathering of four or less. Enjoy!

My out of town guests were gobsmacked! Your restaurant is chic, well appointed and the food was fantastic!!! I’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our first visit to Via Tribunali quite a bit. Surprisingly, the least delightful part of the meal was the food. It was fine, hot, and well-prepared, it just wasn't especially tasty. The tomato sauce on the pizza, as an example, was bland, and the way the Caeser salad is plated made it a bit of a challenge to eat. Still we'd come back. Our server was terrific and the ambience is A+. Hopefully we can order something different and give a better report on the food next time.

Was good but for the first time I was a little let down by our pie. Liked it, but didn’t love. Been going for years so it’s not like this will stop me from going back. Still love it there.

Absolutely stellar pizza and freshest Caesar salad I’ve found in the city so far. The crust was so chewy and the toppings were so complimentary. Will happily be returning.

OMG the service was bad. We are not coming back for a long time if ever because of this. Had a reservation at 5:15. Showed up with an almost empty restaurant, then we still had to wait for like 10 minutes to get seated because the staff just ignored us waiting there with another group. Then after finally getting seated, it took 20 minutes before our order was taken. Then after finishing our pizza, we would have gotten dessert but no one came to ask. Why is your service so bad?? Too bad because the pizza is great.
