Vic’s adds dining and entertainment to the burgeoning area of Symphony Park in Downtown Las Vegas. Located directly across from the Discovery Children’s Museum & The Smith Center, Vic’s is a sophisticated space to socialize, drink, and dine, while enjoying an unmatched level of service and a roster of national & local jazz artists. The 8,560 sqft venue is centered around the combined jazz club and restaurant, but also encompasses a separate gaming bar & adjacent sports lounge. The venue features regular appearances by the award-winning Las Vegas Academy Jazz combo as well as notable & legendary musicians from around the globe.

The biggest issue was the table seating assignment by the Hostess. We arrived for a 5:15 reservation early. Even though the restaurant was almost empty, about six tables seated in a large venue, we were smashed into a two top, between two other seated two tops, so closely spaced that I could not even move my chair. It was very uncomfortable, unnecessary, and thoughtless. When I pointed the situation out to the waiter, he had the temerity to point out that the empty tables were all four tops. Like I somehow lost my ability to count to four. We were eventually moved to another two top. But in retrospect, I can’t remember the last time I was forced to be seated at a two top anywhere else when other tables were available. Next time, I’m either going to come with a party of four or sit at the bar to eat when dining at Vic’s. Food was good. Service attentive. Atmosphere modern. Nice feel overall. Great location especially if you are going to an event at the Smith Center.

Service and sound level were both above 'very good' and food was in need of better flavoring. But if you are in that area of the downtown vibe, then Stop In to get a drink at Vic's bar/lounge. It looks very inviting with all the goodies. TV screens for sports can't be avoided. Overall this is a potentially great venue with LIVE music, for gracious dining. Fine tuning will help, but as of now this is a Recommended Restaurant. Enjoy.

Great atmosphere, food, and music. They had kids from The Las Vegas Academy of the Arts playing jazz and singing. What a talented group of kids!

First time visiting Vic's. Nice bar/lounge and restaurant with very friendly staff. Food (strip steak, house salad, mac & cheese, shrimp cocktail, crab cakes and soup were all so-so but ambiance with jazz trio was great.

The service, food and ambiance is excellent. The dining room is separate from the bar with gambling. They have live music starting at 6pm but during dinner a piano is being played which is great background music. We are locals and will definitely be back.

Loved this jazz bar, food and service. Special was Branzino; with Brussel Sprouts We shared them both; good quality and plenty. Desert was triple sorbet-marvelous

Parking is next door and the parking has elevators. Show your parking slip at Vic's receive a discount. Friendly staff, delicious food, and great entertainment.
