Situated in The Queens Hotel, Victoria’s restaurant offers British flavours combined with an international flair to create a range of mouth-watering dishes. A hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham, Victoria’s is the perfect spot for brunch, a leisurely lunch, indulgent afternoon tea or a decadent dinner.

Head Chef Simon has crafted a selection of delicious menus using seasonal and locally sourced produce, working closely with neighbouring independent suppliers, growers and farmers to bring the best flavours of the Cotswolds, ensuring dishes are bursting with quality flavours. You will find many vintages of Woodchester Valley wines on the menu, based in the Cotswolds it is rated as one of the best Sauvignon Blancs in the world.

Dishes change seasonally to ensure the best procedure is used. Current speciality dishes include a Bombay butty and a poached fillet of salmon with a shellfish and mussel risotto. Do not miss the signature rich chocolate marquise to finish your meal.

FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA Our delicious afternoon tea is the perfect way to escape the mayhem, get together with family and friends and enjoy the build-up to the festive celebrations this December. Dine on a selection of finger sandwiches, delicious cakes with a festive twist and freshly baked scones topped with locally sourced strawberry preserve and clotted cream. All topped off with a choice of Newby loose leaf tea or freshly brewed coffee. For an extra indulgent treat, upgrade to our bottomless afternoon tea and enjoy 90 minutes of unlimited Drusian Prosecco. Nice restaurant with good food excellent staff. It’s late November we found restaurant to be cold so wrap up as lot of windows heating blow heaters in high ceiling.

Unfortunately first experience was, although we were the first diners to arrive, we were told as they were exceptionally, we had been allocated a table in far corner! This I refused to accept and chose my own table, which was agreed. We were served very attentively and food was good. Our main disappointment was that you started serving high tea, to three tables close to us, from 13.00 hours, which did not seem appropriate. For this reason we will not come again.

A fairly limited menu, but I found there was enough choice for me. The food was nicely presented and cooked well.
