I was very disappointed this time food was excellent service was absolutely horrible. We had to wait on straws , and had to wait on chips , had to wait On water, wanted more food, took to long to come back. Finally had to GO say excuse me to a group of servers and ask for our bill. I still left a good tip, because it's just in my nature but the service was LESS then stellar.

The server was great (Margie) However, I had book over a month ago for my birthday. We only had 5 people They called to confirm about 20 minutes before. Now my issue had to do with seating. We waited to be seated for a while. The hostesses were not very professional and did not appear to be as proficient in handling seating. We were told they were cleaning our table. I did see a table with a seating for 5 clear as day by the door completed. They simply forgot about us. I called while I was in line because I didn’t want our table to be given away. I asked them twice after that about our table. The 1st time I was told again they were still cleaning the table. The table had been ready for a while, they simply didn’t bother to check. We kept standing and waiting while watching them attempt to figure out waiting list issues. The other issue was 2 of the plates were not clean, food was stuck to the plates. I go at least once or twice a month. I will go back one more time, and hope they are better. I will not have another night like last night.

Drove from Austin for our yearly family Christmas dinner. Beautiful restaurant and location. Our server, Zade, was very attentive and extremely helpful and friendly. Made our first experience definitely one to remember and will be coming and definitely asking for him again! The entire staff was also very attentive to our every need despite how busy they were.

The food was absolutely amazing. This was the second time I had a chance to take my girlfriend to a Mexican place here in Texas and this one by far was the best overall 10 out of 10.

Made reservations for group of six from office. We chose Vidorra to have our annual Christmas dinner. Food and service were very good. Drinks were outstanding. However, our experience was diminished because toward the end of dinner we felt like we were being rushed out by management. They prematurely removed our chips and salsa and basically cleared our table and sent multiple people to keep asking us if we needed anything. This was frustrating. I will say our actual server Angel was good but the others helped remove a star from this rating.

We celebrated Christmas with gift exchange for 8 people and it was fabulous. The atmosphere was perfect and we could talk and hear each other. We will definitely do it again.
