   Went for a reservation made ahead of time and the restaurant was closed. When every platform they have hours posted stated they were open. Updating hours doesn't take much and even a post to any of their social media pages stating they would be closed would be considerate. Multiple guest pulled up only to be disappointed. We actually ubered there so that was even more insult to injury. Was from out of town so of course our next visit to Vegas we will not make the same mistake twice. Hope this helps someone.

   I went here for the first time. Service was slow. It took about an hour and a half to get our food. Finally when we got it, it was terrible. Chicken was slimy not cooked throughly and waffles were doughy. To say the least I will not be back. The view was nice!

   It’s a great venue, but our food was not hot when it came and we did wait for a bit for it to come. My salmon was over seasoned, smooth garlic mashed potatoes with a few lumps and broccoli. The steak was juicy and good. A nice perk was the bottle of champagne as it was Valentine’s Day’s. We were told that the cook was rather new. Our server was great and understanding. She did all she could to make us feel comfortable and worthy. We appreciated her service and care.

   My experience here was not very good we made reservations  for my fiancé’s birthday. We saw that it was black own and saw amazing reviews on TikTok so we wanted to support.  When we got there, no one was there. The door was locked and we waited for 20 minutes. We called a few times no one answered.  That’s very bad customer service because we wasted our time even invited some family members to celebrate with us. I would not recommend and will not be going back.

   Everything was bad because we didn’t get to experience it. After the hours of operations posted said it was open no one was there when we arrived. The telephone number listed didn’t work. We had to wait in the cold for another Uber and waste money on Uber cost. Smh

   Looked like it would have been nice. Arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 reservation and we were told it would be 8:00 to be seated-they were just setting up. At 8:25 told it would be another 30 minutes. Left and went to another restaurant 10 minutes away. Wanted to support this local business but highly disappointed that we could not because they were not prepared.
