                                                                      Probably one of our favorite reataurant in Fort Lauderdale. Pretty much regulars. We been there probably 4 times in 3 weeks. Last night was a total disaster. The Mrs and I were looking forward to a nice quiet supper, but it was a nightmare. The clueless hostess placed us in the kitchen area, where there was chaos all around us. Not sure if it was her first day in the job, but some people have no common sense. Anyways hoping this was an isolated incident, because we truly enjoy your restaurant. Until next time, where we will make sure to advise the hostess that our seating needs to be no where close to the kitchen area.

                                                                      The atmosphere was beautiful. The wait staff was super friendly and worked as a team. The foot was outstanding. I will definitely be recommending Vitolo and coming back!

                                                                      Great restaurant! Unfortunately our table was looked after by the bar staff that were very busy. No one came by to switch out our side plates when the dinner was served so we had to use the smaller plates. Obviously not a huge deal, but that’s why I didn’t give a 5 star rating. Definitely will go back!

                                                                      What a nice fine dining italian restaurant in the Conrad Hotel! Service was spot on. The GM checked on us several times during our visit, and the food was excellent. A great experience.

                                                                      Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the service was truly exceptional. The manager, server, and staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We chose to dine outside on a cool South Florida evening, and they made sure we were cozy. They provided a tall outdoor heater, which the server adjusted multiple times to ensure it was just right. When we jokingly mentioned blankets, they surprised us by bringing actual blankets and even a space heater for our feet! It was such a thoughtful touch. Outstanding experience from start to finish!

                                                                      The food was amazing. Veil chop was definitely big enough for two. Pair it with any pasta and it will be just as great. Service was very good. Servers were very attentive. The only thing I would suggest is not having tables right as you come down the stairs. I had a lot of people walking around us and it was at times uncomfortable. But this is minor and I really enjoyed the experience overall.
