                                                                                                                                  I revisited for lunch after having great dinner at Vivienne Bistro previous week. Only two server for entire place, food was cold, and the service was so so. The food tasted good, but the food was cold. Perhaps they were short handed with only two servers. Soup should be hot, but again it was cold. I pointed out the temperature of the food asked to be reheated, but server would not do anything about it. In summary, I was very disappointed and would probably not return for lunch and only visit for dinner in the future.

                                                                                                                                  Vivienne’s is elevated Chinese food. The menu has dishes that are not found at most Chinese restaurants such as the delicious Squid Ink Rice with Seafood. The Forbidden Duck is my favorite - the best duck in the Puget Sound Region. I drive from Auburn to eat here.

                                                                                                                                  The forbidden duck was flavorful with crispy skin and pairing with the caramelized lemon added another layer of flavour to it. The buns are fresh. The fish filet was cooked to perfection.

Husband and I went on a date night and we’re so happy with everything we ordered-sizzling rice soup, 9 flavor beef with basil and honey walnut prawns. Not a huge menu but from what I can tell, the items they have the do and do well! We will be back for sure!

                                                                                                                                  We were there for New Years Eve Dinner with friends. Everyone enjoyed the meal and thought the quality of food was excellent and we all frequent different chinese food restaurants. The Peking duck was fantastic, lamb chops were tender, scallops shrimp and vegetables were flavorful, cucumber salad was delicious, brussel sprouts were nice and the noodles were excellent. Drinks were yummy and do not miss the passion fruit creme brulee!
