Volare is a small neighbourhood bar that aims to provide people from near and far with a unique dining and drinking experience, featuring an eclectic wine list and world class cocktails.

With flavours lying somewhere between Mediterranean and Latin American, head chef Marcello Kretzer delivers a menu with fantastic bar snacks and larger serves, all designed to share. Try Marcello's menu for the full Volare experience!

Been a number of times now, and it’s one of the restaurants in Perth and we have been to more than once. They’ve nailed it, great food, good drinks and great friendly service all you need is a to turn up and you are guaranteed a good night.

One of our favourite restaurants/bars. The staff are the best! Jeremy leads the staff so well, he’s so personable, friendly and knowledgeable of the food and wines. And the food is amazing!!! Chef is so good at what he does, every dish comes out more amazing than the other, he is so creative. Thank you staff for this gem of a bar

Great night out with friends, it was like we had our own personal chef. Great food, a fantastic setting and vibe. highly recommend

Our eating experience was fantastic with thoughtful, delicious courses presented as part of the chef’s menu (highly recommended). The food experience was matched perfectly by our host who was outstanding and could not have made us feel more comfortable, welcome and special. Will highly recommend to friends and family and we’ll be back!

This restaurant is not able to accommodate diners with dietary requirements. I gave two weeks notice that my group of four needed gluten-free meals. The first platter presented was olives, dukkah, vinegar and olive oil with ordinary wheat bread. when we asked for gluten-free bread they said they didn't have any. The following dish was GF, but with so much pepper I had a choking incident. Service was slow, it was a chilly evening and the room was very cold. We were long time friends and we enjoyed chatting with each other. However, it would have been cheaper and more fun to stay home and order in gluten-free pizzas.
