Italian-American fare in the heart of The Village. Crafted by Michael and Bryan Voltaggio, the menu at Vulcania Mammoth features organic, local and seasonal ingredients and is known for its Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, handcrafted salumi, and perfect pairings of wine, beer and craft cocktails.                               The food was not bad, noodles on our pasta were undercooked. Overall it was a tad bit underwhelming for the price, didn’t hate it but likely won’t go back

                              Perfect dinner place after a day on the mountain. Convenient as we were staying at the Village Lodge. Our server Brian was terrific - very friendly and answered all our questions. We ended up sharing a pizza and the peasar salad. (Caesar salad with peas) Both were very good. We have been here before and will return.

                              We had a fantastic experience at Vulcania! They graciously accommodated our party of 7 in one of their cozy igloos, which made for a memorable and unique dining setting. The service was excellent. Sousa was an amazing host who made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The food and drinks were delicious, with a great variety to please everyone in our group.

                              Ate at the bar and in the outdoor teepees. Great food and excellent service. Definitely recommend and will come back on our next Mammoth visit.
