First experience here, modern, minimalist atmosphere with friendly, great, fast service at the bar, only 2 GF options, chicken pad Thai, chicken ramen, husband had spicy shrimp, cauliflower app, meals somewhat salty. Tasty cocktails, no Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio as stated on menu and was told been out for quite a while. And lastly bathrooms needed some attention, our visit early in the busy food times 3pm, so perhaps manager should check more frequently.

Ordered the Wagamama tasting and my partner just ordered an entrée. They don't fire the entrées at the same time, so shortly after my edamame was served, my partners entrée was served. After waiting a few minutes to eat, and my edamame being finished, he finally started and finished his meal before the bao buns were served. The server and manager were completely dumbfounded that guests would want their entrée served at the same time and that if there was a mixed order then they should have held firing the entrée. Instead, I had to watch my partner eat his entrée while waiting a long time between edamame and Bao Buns and he had to sit there and watch me as I ate my Bao Buns and entrée. The drinks were excellent and the chili garlic edamame was good (would have been better without the clumped garlic powder on top). Both the Korean Fried Chicken Bao and the Eggplant and Mushroom Bao were excelled. The Katsu Chicken was good, but the curry sauce was bland. My partner has the chicken soba and had to discard the pickled ginger that isn't listed on the menu as well as a good amount of cartilage from the chopped up chicken. They left us feeling like we were in the wrong for expecting to eat our entrees together until they brought the check and the server quickly muttered that they gave a discount for the inconvenience.

The food continues to be outstanding. Giovanni, our waiter, was/is exceptional. He is personable and truly shows he cares for his 'clients'. We will continue to come back and will ask to have Giovanni.

Our lunch today wasn’t up to Wagamamas usual standards. There were too few servers waiting on tables—not our server’s fault. In his haste, he forgot a drink completely. One if our party’s food was overly salty. We sent it back and it was re-made. Overall, we thought our experience wasn’t great.:(

Overall our experience was very disappointing. Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive and the food was pretty average. Our server also had a poor attitude. Disappointed overall

The food was good, but service was terrible. Waiter couldn’t remember what we ordered and had to come back 3 or 4 times to ask…so needless to say we got the wrong things AND it took a LONG time. That, coupled with the fact that and I was overcharged by $25 and couldn’t even get a receipt (the printer in the little computer wasn’t working). I thought I was paying ~ $70 for the 3 of us (for appetizers) but today a $95 charge showed up on my card 😡

Food was delicious! Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We sat in a booth and the noise level was not too loud. We could have a conversation and not feel like we had to raise our voices.

We had less than an hour before our show at Amalie so we were limited on time! The waiter understood the urgency and was very attentive to our needs. He had some great suggestions for us and the food was really good! I only wish the cocktails were a bit bigger but my lychee martini was very good and so were the rest of my tables beverages! We will be back!

Hostess was very nice and pleasant. Food was okay on taste but not a good value for the price. Server was nice , but kitchen and bar were slow. I didn’t get my drink until the later part of the meal.
