My issue is more with the ownership group. They ran a gift certificate bonus program that when you purchase $100 you get an additional $20. The issue is they don't let you know that only one bonus certificate can be used at a time. We ended up with $140 in coupons instead of gift certificates. This is very misleading. It ruined our whole experience.

Our host was knowledgeable, consistent, and funny. The food was delicious and seems to match fair market value that I have experienced across the western US. Environment leaned toward eastern costal fishing towns.

We come back to this restaurant every time we come to Las Vegas. If you like seafood, this is the place for you. The selection of fresh oysters is endless. There's everything from clam chowder to whole lobster from the live tank. The favorite item on the menu is the cold platters that can be an appetizer or a whole meal for someone. Trust me when I tell you that this is no Red Lobster!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Water Grill. Our waiter, Karston, was excellent. Food items that we ordered were also outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the cioppino. I also had raw oysters, which I rarely get a chance to do. They were excellent!

We had a wonderful experience , this was our fifth year , and my parents first time , this year was good idea keep tables only first floor , the food was great , the service , Ash was a great server . Thanks , we will back next year !

We went for New Years and it was amazing. The food, drinks and yummy dessert were so good!! Chad was our server. He was outstanding!!
