The Waterfront Seafood Grill is located on the Napa Riverfront in Downtown Napa. This classic seafood grill serves up fresh seafood fare seven days per week.

Executive Chef Jesus Mendez brings over 40 years of restaurant experience in the Napa Valley. Previously, Chef Mendez worked under the guidance of Greg Cole for 21 years at Cole’s Chop House.

                                                                                                            Service was great. Outside table looking over the river was excellent. Bass, scallops, ribeye, and lobster bisque or fabulous. Turkey entrée was mediocre, as was the clam chowder.

                                                                                                            I had out of town guest and we went to the Water Front for dinner Saturday night. This was their favorite restaurant we visited this weekend - hands down. The food was exceptional and the ambience was great too! However, it was quite busy and noisy, which didn’t bother us. I can’t wait to go back and have the lobster tail😋

                                                                                                            The food here was good and everything was alright during our visit. We sat outside because the weather was nice and had heaters and blankets! They mixed up our orders of one being rare and medium rare, but we waited an hour for our food so we did not want to send it back. Great wine and drink selection. We hope to give it another try but unsure if we will…. For almost $600 for 4 people. We did not think the service was high for such a fancy place, plastic chairs outside, and the service seemed to be HIGH inside.

                                                                                                            While in the inside looked to be nice as one would expect, I would, opt to sit outside. For the cold-blooded in the party, there are heaters. However the ambiance of being next the river adds a taste multiplier to the food that can't be beat. The overall lunch was good, the food was simply prepared and tasty. The standout of the meal for me was the Clam Chowder. It had an unusual smokey flavor that I have not quite experienced anywhere else. If in Napa, check this gem of place out, you won't be disappointed.
